  • Can workouts be downloaded for off-line use?

    Absolutely! After purchasing a workout, just click the download icon next to the description of the workout. It's recommended to download over Wi-Fi connection. All downloaded videos can be found in your Profile under "My offline videos". Videos can also be deleted from this folder to manage your phone space.

  • Can I change the workout music?

    The music is added into each video during the final editing process. However, you can mute your phone and listen to music through a separate device.

  • Does PXU have warm-up and stretching tips?

    Does PXU have warm-up and stretching tips? If you don't already have these important routines, you will be happy to hear that Warm up, Stretch and even general Foam Rolling videos are in the App for you to use and eventually memorize. On any main screen, top left corner, there is a "hamburger" menu, under "Tips" you will find all three videos to help you prepare and recover your body. Or just use them as an extra movement for increased mobility.

  • I use intermediate workouts but sometimes, because of my schedule, have only time for the length of the Beginner workouts. How do I troubleshoot that?

    Great question! If you want to squeeze in a 30 min workout, but the video is estimating 45 min duration, simply skip the 3rd set of each workout. BUT keep the Groups and repetitions intact. Next time, when you have time, you can revisit the workout and do it as prescribed.

  • I am a beginner, and the beginner workouts are still a little challenging for me. How can I modify it further?

    A challenge is good for the body and progress, but if you are not ready, perhaps are recovering and easing in very gently into the training, you can skip the 3rd set of each exercise. You will only do set 1 and 2 until you are ready to do the workout as prescribed. Try to stick with the repetitions and groups. Those are very important to keep the same. If you need to scale down some more, only perform the first set of each exercise.

  • Can I request to have my personal training sent to me in the format of the pre-set workouts?

    Yes, of course! Some people like to have their personalized workout done in a video format. Training with someone has a great appeal. This would also allow you to have your personal training done at your own time.

  • Is there a subscription or membership?

    There is no subscription or membership. It's super easy and it gives you the freedom to only pay for what you want to use. There is no pressure to commit to monthly fees.

  • Are there discounts?

    Yes! The more you buy the more you save. You'll save $.99 on 2, $1.98 on 3, and $4.96 on 5 workouts. As of now, you can only choose from the same style of training to get a discount. Meaning the app allows you to buy 3 UPPER body workouts but doesn't allow tyou o purchase 2 strength, 1 HIIT in one shot. But you can of course purchase the styles separately as multiples and get the discount that way. In the future I expect this will change toward more flexibility.

  • How can I join PXU Challenges?

    Periodically PXU does Challenges to keep us motivated, disciplined and perhaps jump us ahead in strength and cardiovascular capacity. Check the PXU community often for announcements, the opportunity to earn badges, read and share stories of people like you.

  • How frequently are new workouts added?

    New workouts are added every 2-3 months or so. Supplying the app with 30-40 new workouts each time.

  • What level workout should I start with?

    That depends on an individual. If you are not used to training, start with Beginner, if it's too easy, promote yourself to Intermediate. If you are used to training and your routine consists of both resistance training and cardiovascular training, go ahead and try a couple of Intermediate workouts.

  • How do I contact PXU?

  • Can you help me structure my training plan?

    Yes! I can help you with that. To create the perfect plan together, you can use the Contact form to acquire. The response time may vary, but if you need this to be addressed quickly, choosing a personal training Written or One on One is a great option.

  • Do you offer nutritional guidance?

    Yes, I do. It is an important part in succeeding in living a healthy and fit life. If you have any questions, you can use the Contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible.   • Do I have to have equipment to use PXU?

    No, you don't! The great thing about using PXU workouts is that you will find a workout for you whether you have no equipment, some equipment or full access to a gym.

  • What does Live Personal Training entail?

    Personal training is the most personalized option for your training. With live instructions, form correction, instant modifications and motivation you are guaranteed to have the greatest results. It is a very convenient option for Personal Training because the session can be held anywhere. Skype or WhatsApp are used for the virtual training.

  • How do I book a personal training session?

    In the App, go to Personal Training, choose from a Written or Virtual, follow the steps on the screen and you are all set!

  • What makes PXU usable anywhere in the world?

    All the pre-set workouts are designed to be visual. No knowledge of the English language is necessary. As a result, any citizen of the world can effectively use PXU workouts.

  • Are Personal sessions flexible to fit different time zones?

    Yes, they can be flexible. You can always inquire in the Contact section or email us at: info@pxu.life

  • Will I know what equipment I need before I buy a workout?

    You will know exactly what is needed for your workout before you buy a workout. You may see something like this: "Workout 2 - Woodpecker (name of the workout) - Dumbbells, Flat Bands"

    It is a PXU platform where we can share pictures, stories and accomplishments. Here will find announcements of Challenges and special events.
